Our Mission

We share, promote, and educate the community about North American Indians and Alaska Native traditions, cultures, and heritage through cultural exchanges, community outreach, events, and educational presentations.

Four Generations of Roots & Relationships

The O'ahu Inter-Tribal Council is the legacy of local Kanaka 'Oiwi and military Native Americans from Turtle Island. Their determination to persevere in mutual respect and community solidarity is at the heart of everything we do in honor of the gifts and cultural values they've given us.

What We Do

Perpetuate Indigenous Cultures

We perpetuate indigenous traditions and practices through cultural events, workshops, performances, and fundraisers.

Community Engagement

We engage the community through cultural gatherings, exchanges, and the Annual Honolulu Intertribal Powwow

Support Families & Education
